GU QI DAO – LEVEL 1: INTRODUCTION AND RELAXATION
Level 1 contains 8 simple and playful exercises that will introduce you to the Nunchakuai Energy Dance. It also includes a short video on how to make your Nunchakuai sticks.

GU QI DAO – LEVEL 2: MOBILITY AND BRAINPOWER
In level 2, you will learn a series of energizing exercises with your Nunchakuai. There is a specific set of 8 movements, which have been derived from daily gestures.

Level 4 contains energizing exercises with your Nunchakuai from the first set of 8 movements. These exercises are now combined in a flowing sequence.
